Where do you source replacement parts?

All of our Parts are of the Highest Quality, we source them through our Network of Trusted Suppliers who we have used for many years. This is why we offer a 12 Month Repair and Parts Warranty as we are confident in the parts we use, if they fall below our standards we replace them.

Whether it be Replacement Parts for Repairs or Accessories, we can assure you that we use the Highest Quality Parts Available and can confirm that all of our Mobile Phone Accessories are all Genuine Replacements from Apple, Samsung etc or by Companies that you will of heard of like Griffin, Otterbox etc.

How long does your repair service take?

Most of the Repairs we undertake can be done at your Home or Workplace, however some of the more tricky repairs that require Workshop Equipment (iPad Screen Replacements as an example) can take between 24-48 hours and we Offer a Collection and Delivery Service for these.

When you are booking an online Repair, the Service you select will advise the time and method of Repair whether it can be Repaired on Site or will be Collection and Delivery.
